With her passion for urban green spaces and extensive leadership experience, Jen is poised to lead us into a new era of conservation and growth. Jen's background has instilled in her a deep connection to nature in urban settings. Her impressive career includes roles in government, education, and non-profits like The Trustees and Mass Audubon, where she spearheaded innovative outdoor programs and initiatives. With a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Studies focusing on outdoor engagement in urban communities, Jen's commitment to connecting people with nature aligns perfectly with our mission. We can't wait to see the positive impact she'll have on Friends of the Blue Hills and the greater Boston community! If you've ever driven to the part of the Blue Hills called Quincy Quarries, you know about the scary intersection at Ricciuti Drive and Willard Street.
